Andy Robbins formed ARCORE Real Estate Group with his partner Al Rodenbostel in 2011 after a combined 10 year career at Mid-America Real Estate Corporation and Mid-America Development Partners. Andy has knowledge and experience in all aspects of the deal process; tenant representation, property leasing, acquisition and development. Over the last 17 years, Andy has represented numerous retailers with their expansion throughout Chicago and surrounding suburban markets; providing market research to create and implement a strategic growth plan, deal procurement and negotiations.  Presently, Andy is working as the broker and advisor for Fresh Thyme Farmers Market, Tesla Motors, Total Wine, Chuy’s, Panera Bread, Verizon Wireless, and more.

Scott Dolan

Scott W. Dolan began his real estate career in June 2006. Over the past 12 years Scott has taken on many roles that developed his excellent leadership, market knowledge and strong dedication to work detail which add to his brokerage leadership and responsibility throughout the Midwest.  Scott specializes in tenant expansion programs and is an expert in dealing with planning, strategy formation, relationship management, negotiation and zoning and approval issues.

Currently, Scott is working with notable tenants such as Helzberg Diamonds, Shoe Sensation, Chuck E. Cheese, Rue 21, Sonic, TCBY/ Mrs. Fields, Chuy’s, Granite City Brewery, Kirkland’s, Bar Louie, honeygrow, Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza, MyEyeDr, Waterway Car Wash and more.  Along with a strong tenant portfolio he has also been involved with Landlord representation.

Matt Cavanagh

Matt joined ARC in 2018 from IRC Retail Centers, where as a Leasing Manager he was responsible for leasing activity of approximately 3 million square feet of retail space in a portfolio of neighborhood, community and power shopping centers throughout the Chicago area. He was tasked with negotiating and executing new leases and renewals with local and national retailers, identifying value-add opportunities through re-tenanting, strategic relocations and the development of outparcels. Prior to joining IRC, Matt worked primarily with local and regional bank groups to provide consulting, receivership, management and disposition services.

Matt is a graduate of DePaul University, where he studied Real Estate Finance and currently resides in Chicago’s Logan Square neighborhood. Matt has served as an Associate Board member and mentor with the Harold E. Eisenberg foundation. Previously he served on the education committee focused on Career Day and served as Chair of the Summer Networking Event program leading to the establishment of a new fundraising event Rock the Boat.

Lauren Szymell

Lauren joined ARC Real Estate in 2019 from Kohl’s, where she worked on the product development team. With her exceptional skills and expertise, Lauren is now an integral part of our retail leasing team, dedicated to providing comprehensive landlord representation services. Her primary focus is on understanding the unique needs and goals of each landlord to deliver tailored solutions that drive success. In 2022, Lauren was promoted to Senior Associate on the ARC Retail Leasing Team.

Lauren focuses on the leasing, real estate marketing, and market analysis for a variety of shopping center owners in both urban and suburban markets. With her expertise and diligent work ethic, Lauren works closely with our landlord representation team to provide exceptional support to her clients, which has included Golub, Acadia, GW Properties, Hamra Enterprises, Kite Realty, Jewel Osco, Key Development Partners, Terraco and more.

She also has experience with property and land sales, developing outparcels, and tenant representation throughout Chicago and surrounding suburban markets.

Armed with a wealth of education and hands-on experience, Jeanne now eagerly enters the world of retail leasing in Chicago. Wyatt McIntyre

Wyatt McIntyre joined ARC Real Estate Group in 2012 as the Director of Market Research. Prior to ARC Wyatt was a Political Consultant working in Target Management, Resource Allocation and Demographic Profiling for various different governments, elected officials and campaigns. His combination of education and experience makes him a good fit for the ARC Team as they work to help clients and retailers make educated decisions based on a strong combination solid information and data structure that compliments the market experience of ARC’s individual brokers.

Specialties: Predictive Analysis, Modeling, Market Research, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Geovisualization.

Dawn Nielsen-Carpenter

With over a decade of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Dawn brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to ARC. Prior to joining ARC, Dawn worked at Edgemark Commercial Real Estate, where she started as an Administrative Assistant and worked her way up to become a Marketing Specialist.

At ARC, Dawn is responsible for ensuring our office runs smoothly and efficiently. She is constantly looking for new ways to advance our marketing efforts and keep our material new and fresh. Her attention to detail and dedication to excellence make her an invaluable asset to our team.
