Andy Robbins formed ARCORE Real Estate Group with his partner Al Rodenbostel in 2011 after a combined 10 year career at Mid-America Real Estate Corporation and Mid-America Development Partners. Andy has knowledge and experience in all aspects of the deal process; tenant representation, property leasing, acquisition and development. Over the last 17 years, Andy has represented numerous retailers with their expansion throughout Chicago and surrounding suburban markets; providing market research to create and implement a strategic growth plan, deal procurement and negotiations.  Presently, Andy is working as the broker and advisor for Fresh Thyme Farmers Market, Tesla Motors, Total Wine, Chuy’s, Panera Bread, Verizon Wireless, and more.

Scott Dolan

Scott W. Dolan began his real estate career in June 2006. Over the past 12 years Scott has taken on many roles that developed his excellent leadership, market knowledge and strong dedication to work detail which add to his brokerage leadership and responsibility throughout the Midwest.  Scott specializes in tenant expansion programs and is an expert in dealing with planning, strategy formation, relationship management, negotiation and zoning and approval issues.

Currently, Scott is working with notable tenants such as Helzberg Diamonds, Shoe Sensation, Chuck E. Cheese, Rue 21, Sonic, TCBY/ Mrs. Fields, Chuy’s, Granite City Brewery, Kirkland’s, Bar Louie, honeygrow, Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza, MyEyeDr, Waterway Car Wash and more.  Along with a strong tenant portfolio he has also been involved with Landlord representation.

Matt Cavanagh

Director of Leasing

Matt joined ARC in 2018 as Director of Leasing. He is tasked with negotiating and executing new leases and renewals with local and national retailers, identifying value-add opportunities through re-tenanting, strategic relocation’s and the development of outparcels on behalf of many private and institutional Landlords. Prior to joining ARC, Matt was a Leasing Manager at IRC Retail Centers, where he was responsible for leasing activity of approximately 3 million square feet of retail space in a portfolio of neighborhood, community and power centers throughout the Chicago area. Prior to joining IRC, Matt was a Vice President at Troy Realty Ltd. in Chicago, where he worked primarily with local and regional banks to provide consulting, receivership, management and disposition services. Matt currently serves on the ICSC Next Generation Committee, and is active with the Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation as an Associate Board member, mentor, and chair of the Speaker Series Program.

Wyatt McIntyre

Director of Market Research

Wyatt McIntyre joined ARC Real Estate Group in 2012 as the Director of Market Research. Prior to ARC Wyatt was a Political Consultant working in Target Management, Resource Allocation and Demographic Profiling for various different governments, elected officials and campaigns. His combination of education and experience makes him a good fit for the ARC Team as they work to help clients and retailers make educated decisions based on a strong combination solid information and data structure that compliments the market experience of ARC’s individual brokers.

Specialties: Predictive Analysis, Modeling, Market Research, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Geovisualization.

Dawn Nielsen-Carpenter

Office Manager

In 2015 Dawn joined ARC Real Estate Group as their Office Manager.  Prior to ARC, Dawn previously was at Edgemark Commercial Real Estate for 10 years where she started as their Administrative Assistant and worked her way up to Marketing Specialist.  Dawn is constantly looking for new ways to advance ARC marketing, keeping its material new and fresh.
